SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We send everything in discreet and secure packaging. No brand label is on the outside and no one will know what is inside without opening the packaging. We try to send out all items as soon as possible.
We are delighted to offer free postage and packaging for UK and for Worldwide on orders over £99.

We provide complimentary Gift Boxes for orders over £250.
UK delivery is free for all orders.
We send via Royal Mail 1st Class Sign For on orders under £99 (ring measurers are sent via 2nd class.)
We send all orders over £99 via Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm. This means it is trackable and will need to be signed for. If you have not received your tracking code or have not received your parcel, please get in touch.
International delivery (including delivery to The Channel Islands and Ireland.)
We offer two options: Worldwide Standard Delivery via Royal Mail International Track and Signed for (on orders under £500) and Worldwide Express Shipping via DHL (on orders over £500)
WORLDWIDE STANDARD DELIVERY
Worldwide Standard Delivery is free for orders over £99 or £15 for those under £99. For Worldwide Standard Shipping, we send via Royal Mail International Track and Signed for.

Please note, Australia does not have this option with Royal Mail and therefore, we send via Royal Mail International Signed for. This means packages are not trackable once they have left the UK but do have to be signed for.
Standard Delivery can take up to 9 working days and we ask that you kindly allow for this timeframe before contacting us to chase your order.

You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
WORLDWIDE EXPRESS SHIPPING
Worldwide Express Shipping is free for orders over £500 or £75 for those under £500.
For WorldwideExpress Shipping, we send via DHL (1-3 working days)
On international orders, the customer is responsible for all additional duties, taxes and/or tariffs that might incur.
All packages shipped by Parkin & Gerrish via DHL are fully insured. When your item is ready to ship, an email will be provided with your tracking information. All shipments must be made to a physical address (no PO Boxes) with an adult present to sign for the package.
DUTIES AND CUSTOMS
In many countries, antique items (classed as over 100 years old) are exempt from duty, and we will send a certificate of antiquity with items where appropriate to facilitate this. However, please check the customs and import duties and regulations for your country before you buy. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping due to customs, or for any additional local taxes or fees. In accordance with the law and our insurance policies, we always declare the correct value amount to the relevant customs organisations.
A NOTE FOR USA CUSTOMERS:
Items over 100 years old are exempt from tax and duty. If the item you have purchased is less than 100 years of age you will be subject to taxes and duties in the USA , and the courier will contact you directly to pay these with US customs. If your item is over $2500 in value you may also be contacted by US customs to provide more information about yourself before they release the item.
A NOTE FOR AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS:
GST and duty is due on all imports to Australia. Please check taxes and duty rates locally.
A NOTE FOR EU CUSTOMERS:
Due to Brexit, rules around imports to Europe from the UK have changed, and you may have VAT to pay. There is usually a fee between 7 - 22%, but please check locally.
