Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your jewellery. If for any reason you don’t, we offer a 30-day return policy.
Eligibility for Returns

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

You must contact us before sending your return at zuleika@parkinandgerrish.com.
Non-Returnable Items

Customised or bespoke pieces (including re-sizing, rhodium plating, gold plating, and engraving)

Certification costs (gem reports)

Made-to-order pieces
Refunds

All items not customised or made to order are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

For items that have been resized, a fee of £60 will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes and tariffs.

Any charges incurred by Parkin & Gerrish for receiving the return will be deducted from your refund.
Care Note for Antique Jewellery
Antique jewellery is delicate. Please do not wear it while swimming, showering, playing sport, or doing manual work. Damage caused by misuse will not be eligible for refund.
